No obligation, no catch up.

Hi, I'm Jess.

I have been working as an independent support worker in the disability and mental health sector for the past five years, supporting people with a wide range of abilities and complex needs.

I have experience working with participants living with cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder (including ASD Level 3), schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, substance use disorders, and individuals navigating dual diagnosis challenges.

My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. I live with Bipolar Type 1, which gives me a genuine understanding of the challenges many people face when navigating systems and working toward stability.

I hold a Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) and am recognised for providing mentoring and recovery coaching, supporting people to build confidence, independence, and practical life skills.

Practical Supports

I am confident supporting participants with:

I enjoy cooking, love animals, and hold a full driver's licence with access to a car.

My Approach

My approach is trauma-informed, practical, and non-judgemental.

I strongly believe in choice and control, working alongside participants to support independence, confidence, and connection to community.
