We primarily service South West Sydney and surrounding suburbs within a 30-minute radius. Areas outside this range may be considered on request and must be approved by the team via email.

Nope! Many clients provide access via key safe or arrange a drop-off beforehand. Our team is reliable and ensures your property is secure at all times.

Yes — we come fully equipped with our own tools, machinery, and environmentally friendly products. No need to supply anything unless specifically arranged.

Both. Whether it’s a single clean or scheduled support to help maintain a tenancy or property, we’ve got flexible options to suit.

Quotes are based on scope and are provided via photos, videos, or an in-person assessment. Larger or more complex jobs (like deep or hoarding cleans) require more info, and we’ll guide you through that.

We accept bank transfer only, unless other arrangements have been discussed and agreed to in advance. Payment is required as per the terms outlined in your booking confirmation.

Yes — our team receives hands-on training in hygiene, safety, and specialised cleaning methods. We also bring lived experience, which helps us work with people and homes that need extra care.

Yes — C2C Cleaning Crew is covered by $20 million public liability insurance for peace of mind on all jobs.

Yes — we can organise rubbish removal and the safe disposal of sharps through our licensed contractor Enviro-LCS. These services must be requested and quoted prior to the clean.

Absolutely. We work alongside caseworkers, support coordinators, and housing organizations to provide sustaining tenancy and supported cleaning services. We get it — no judgment, just support.

We don’t offer:
  • Structural or repair work
  • Mould remediation
  • Pest control
  • Asbestos removal
  • Exterior property work unless arranged and quoted in advance
